My Story
After 20 years of running the family Engineering Business, life in the fast lane was taking its toll on me both emotionally and physically.
Unable to find that elusive work life balance, my stress levels were way up there and my body was close to breaking.
After a consultation with my GP I knew that I needed help but didn’t like the options that western medicine had to offer.
So I went looking for a holistic therapy to try and restore balance to my body, ease the emotional stress and allow my body to heal both emotionally and Physically..

I found Kinesiology or it found me and I was fascinated from my first session, how my body was able to communicate with my therapist where the stresses were in my body and how easily they were relieved.
After eight sessions I was able to think clearly again and decided I needed to learn how to do this.
I wanted to help people heal and restore balance not only to their bodies but to their life .
My Passion for horses
From an early age I was fascinated by horses. I was that child sitting in her bed at night with her riding hat on, reading Black Beauty for the 100th time. I spent every weekend working in stables for free in the hope of getting out for a hack before the weekend was over.

I was fortunate enough to obtain a scholarship to the Royal Agricultural College, where I completed my primary degree in International Agriculture and Equine business management.
During this time I got the opportunity to study in the world renowned Gluck Equine Research centre at the University of Kentucky.

Upon graduating with Honours, I began working in Equine transport which was very exciting and dynamic, and although my career was soon diverted my passion for horses never wavered.
I was an active member of the Riding clubs for many years, but more recently my love for pure dressage has won out and I currently compete regularly at Medium level with Dressage Ireland
